the rooms are immaculately clean. the staff is affable and very nice. 3. It's a convenient base for visiting must-see attractions in Granada.

I did not want to leave, so recommend this hotel. My room was impeccably clean thanks to the super-friendly staff. My room included climate control and multi-channel television. That venue was in a good and excellent location, in the middle of jackson. Before bed I went to El Bar de Fede for a nightcap, it's just next door to the hotel: D

Deluxe hotel, the staff were all friendly and amicable and the location was magnificent in the middle of jackson. We spent 1 night in a double room.

We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious double room upon arrival, enjoying a prime location near various eateries, shops, and a famous historical attraction.

The bar and terrace were great for people-watching, just what I needed to entertain myself. The concierge service and tour desk were surprisingly competent, I almost felt like a VIP.

Oh, who needs convenient parking anyway? I love nothing more than a long walk with my suitcase.

I loved this place, the spotless rooms, and the very nice staff; it's centrally located near restaurants, shopping, and the Alhambra.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout our stay. We were especially grateful for their assistance when we had an emergency situation with our three cats. They even upgraded us to a larger room at no extra charge. the receptionist, Antonio, was an absolute delight and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable. We can't thank them enough for their exceptional service.
